I had a little trouble with the caramel, so I thought I’d leave a comment to help others out. The detailed directions are great, only, once the sugar melts, add the cream as soon as the sugar turns golden and the chunks are gone. Don’t wait for it to darken any more; just add the cream asap. I burnt my first batch of sugar, so I think maybe my stove runs hotter than the one used here. Delicious.
